  • Reflexology is a deeply relaxing therapy where I apply gentle pressure to specific points on your feet, hands, or face. These reflex points correspond to different organs and systems in your body. By stimulating them, we aim to promote relaxation, support your body’s natural healing, and restore balance.

  • Every client is different. Some people feel benefits after just one or two sessions, while others choose regular treatments for ongoing support. During our first appointment, we’ll create a plan that fits your needs and goals—whether you’re focusing on fertility, menopause, or general wellbeing.

  • Reflexology should never cause pain, although you may experience some tenderness in specific areas of the feet, hands, or face. This can be a sign that certain reflex points are being activated to support your body’s healing processes. Any discomfort should be mild and temporary.

  • Reflexology is very safe, but occasionally you might feel tired, emotional, or experience mild detox-like symptoms after your session—this is completely normal and a good sign your body is responding. Most clients leave feeling relaxed, lighter, and more balanced.

  • Reflexology can be a gentle, natural way to manage menopause symptoms like hot flashes, mood swings, anxiety, and sleep disturbances. Through regular sessions, we focus on supporting your endocrine system and promoting relaxation—helping you feel more balanced and grounded during this transitional time.

  • Yes, reflexology can support fertility by promoting hormonal balance, improving blood flow to the reproductive organs, and helping reduce stress—one of the most common factors impacting conception. I work with clients trying to conceive naturally or alongside fertility treatments, providing tailored support throughout your journey.

  • Wear something comfy, and make sure you’re hydrated. You’ll relax in a reclined chair or couch while I work. It’s a great idea to share any concerns, cycle patterns, or symptoms you’d like me to focus on—this is your time to unwind.
